Pregnancy and Birth Support

Informative, Empowering and Compassionate

As a birth doula, I will give you my full support during your pregnancy, labour and birthing experience. I will make sure that you feel confident, knowledgeable and strong entering into that labour and delivery! My birth doula services will include two prenatal visits, as well as my support when the time comes for Baby’s arrival. I will also provide one postpartum visit following the birth and help you get started on your breastfeeding journey if that's what you prefer! My clients are able to contact me at any time during their pregnancy, via phone call, text, or email, if they have any questions, concerns, or just need someone to talk to! I'll always be there!

Postpartum Support

Here for You

As a postpartum doula, I will be there for you, giving informational, educational, emotional, and physical support. In the days, weeks or even months following your birth, I will be there to answer any of your questions, as well as help you with whatever you need! This can include taking care of your baby while you take a nap, teaching you different techniques with Baby, cleaning around the house, cooking light & easy meals, giving you referrals to various people and places, etc.

Virtual Birth and Postpartum Support Package

Caring and Compassionate Virtual Support

Not only do I provide in person support, but I also have virtual support available for people who prefer that route, or who live too far away for my physical services.

If you are looking for virtual birth and postpartum support, you have come to the right place!! With this package, I will provide 2-3 prenatal visits via video call depending on my client's needs. We will work together to make a birth plan that best fits my clients journey, preferences and wishes!! We will also go through what to expect during labour and delivery, breathing techniques, birthing positions and tips, comfort techniques, newborn care, breastfeeding, etc.. I will also provide calling, text and email support throughout the whole pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum period. When my client officially goes into labour, they can decide whether or not they want me on the phone with them as their birth coach and support person. I will be fully available during that time to encourage and advocate for my client in whatever ways possible!!

During the postpartum period, I will be available to answer any questions that the new parent(s) may have, give referrals to wherever needed, help solve any concerns they may have, as well as be a listening ear to debrief after the delivery. My informational, educational and emotional support will last from the beginning of our journey, to the very end!!

Sibling Support

Everyone Deserves Care and Support

Do you want your children to be a part of their sibling's arrival, but need some extra support to pull it off?? I've got you!!

I know many families who long to be together during the birthing process, as well as have the older siblings witness the delivery of their baby brother or sister, but are lacking the support to make it reality... If this is you, look no further! When labour begins, I will show up to support the siblings in whatever ways possible while your labour progresses. I will make sure that they are getting sleep and food when needed, as well as attention and support throughout the whole process. Whenever the parent(s) want the kids present at the labour or birth, I will make sure that they are there!! My goal is to ensure that the kids are feeling supported and cared for, as well as that the parent(s) know that their children are safe and well taken care of in this timeframe!

I want the family to feel as stress-free as possible, so that they can fully focus on the arrival of their new baby!!!
