All About Me
Hey everyone!
My name is Stephanie and I serve in Cochrane, Alberta, as well as the surrounding area.
I grew up on a farm approximately 20 minutes from Three Hills, Alberta but decided to make the big move to Cochrane in April of 2023! I have three sisters and I'm also an aunty to two sweet little kids! They are my world!!
We will definitely get along if you enjoy anything that includes music!! Next to my doula work, singing and playing piano is my favourite thing to do!
As a certified birth and postpartum doula, I really enjoy being a part of parents' journeys with their new little sweethearts, as well as helping my clients when they need it most, no matter what part of their perinatal period that is in!
Helping change the negative, fearful mindset of birth into something empowering and beautiful has been such a blessing for me to be a part of!
I became a doula because I've always loved babies, as well as helping others in any way possible, and that's exactly what I aim to do!!
My plan is to become a midwife someday, but first, I'm ready to doula this thing!!

As a compassionate birth and postpartum doula, I will give you all the emotional, informational and physical support you'll need during your pregnancy, labour, and beyond! I truly believe that everyone deserves to have the best birthing experience possible, no matter what. As a doula, I will do everything I can to help my clients accomplish that!

What I Offer
Pregnancy and Birth Support
Informative, Empowering and Compassionate
As a birth doula, I will give you my full support during your pregnancy, labour and birthing experience. I will make sure that you feel confident, knowledgeable and strong entering into that labour and delivery!
My birth doula services will include two prenatal visits, as well as my support when the time comes for Baby’s arrival. I will also help you get started on your breastfeeding journey if that's what you prefer!
My clients are able to contact me at any time during their pregnancy, via phone call, text, or email, if they have any questions, concerns, or just need someone to talk to! I'll always be there!
Postpartum Support
Here for You
As a postpartum doula, I will be there for you, giving informational, emotional, and physical support. In the days, weeks or even months following your birth, I will be there to answer any of your questions, as well as help you with whatever you need! This can include taking care of your baby while you take a nap/shower, teaching you different techniques with Baby, cleaning around the house, cooking light & easy meals, etc..
Just however I can make you feel best supported as your doula and friend:)
